Bio for Edie Kitchens:

Edie Kitchens, owner of Tax Credit Assurance, Inc. has been in the apartment industry for 40 years.  She has been in working with LIHTC, HOME, RD, and HUD properties for the last 20 years.  Edie and her staff have passed every audit with 100%.  They have never received an 8823 form the IRS.   Edie is a public and private trainer throughout the United States.  She is a NAHB Approved Instructor.  She has held classes for RD/LIHTC, LIHTC, and HOME.  She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C14P), Certified Occupancy Professional (COS) and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).  

Lunch will be on your own both days.
