Refund Policy

The IAHA Exeuctive Board of Directors has approved the following Cancellation/Refund Policy:

IAHA Attendees:  If you cancel your registration at any time prior to 7 days before an IAHA event, you will receive your registration fee, less a $50.00 administrative fee.  If you cancel your registration at 7 or less days of the event, you will not receive a refund.  A registration can be transferred to another employee at any time without financial penalty.  Registrations cancelled for emergency reasons will be reviewed on a case by case basis.    

For Vendors for the Maintenance and Management Clinic:   PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION EITHER BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.  If you cancel your registration 30 days prior to the IAHA EVENT you will receive your vendor registration fee, less a $200.00 administrative and marketing fee. Cancellations received 30 days or later will receive no refund. Registrations cannot be transferred.
